There are several ways to get help with your Earn2Life.com concerns.

One way is this wiki :) Use the Search box at the right to find an answer.

Using in-world group

Another way to get a fast reply is to go to the Earn2Life.com in-world group chat and ask someone. Chances are someone else has been in your situation and can lend you hand to tell you how to fix/solve it.

If you are not member of Earn2Life.com group yet, proceed with the following:

1. Login to SL
2. Click Search button
3. Type Earn2Life - earn L$500-1000 a day and locate a group
4. Join the group (it's free)
5. Ask your question in group chat

There are several ways to do so one is to just click Communicate and goto the Contacts tab, then click on groups, find earn2life double click and chat away.

E2L Forum

The most of questions already have answers posted at Earn2Life.com Support Forum. Use the forum search to locate the answer.

Contacting Support using Help Desk

If that doesn't work there is still hope yet. Go to the main Earn2life.com webpage. Then at the top click Contact Us. This will take you to the Help Desk page.

Creating a Help Desk account

You will need to create a new helpdesk account. This is in case your Earn2Life.com account may have become frozen (you will not be able to login to Earn2life.com account or turn on the in-world HUD). Follow those instructions and verify the email.

Submitting a ticket

Login to Help Desk, start a new ticket. Fill out all the required information and explain your situation.

Then await for a response by email for your resolve (usually takes 1-2 days to get an answer).
